If there is a discrepancy between the trade value displayed online and the trade value in-store, the trade value in-store will be used for the transaction. The condition of your item will change its trade value. Refurbishment fees will be determined in store when your item is tested. 

The refurbishment fees will be assessed at the store after your item undergoes testing and inspection.
